The Website functions as a digital catalog, enquiry platform, and transactional channel where purchase functionality is enabled.
Our product portfolio spans three categories: Tiles; Bath Fittings (faucets, mixers, showers, spouts, accessories); and Kitchen products (appliances including refrigerators, dishwashers, ovens, microwaves, chimneys and hobs; faucets; sinks; and countertops). These Terms, together with our Refund, Cancellation & Exchange Policy and Privacy Policy, govern all interactions on the Website.
3. Eligibility to Use the Website

5. Products, Pricing, and Orders
5.1 Product Information
We make reasonable efforts to ensure product descriptions, images, specifications, and dimensions are accurate. However, errors may occur. Product images are representational — actual colours, finishes, and textures may vary due to screen calibration, material batch variation, and site conditions. For tiles, shade variation between batches is inherent to the manufacturing process and does not constitute an inaccuracy or defect.
We strongly recommend visiting an Aparna Unispace experience centre to view physical samples before finalising any purchase, particularly for tiles, surfaces, and sanitary products.
5.2 Pricing
Prices displayed are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise and are subject to change without prior notice. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and to cancel or refuse orders placed on the basis of incorrect prices. Where a pricing error is identified after order placement, we will notify you and offer the option to proceed at the correct price or cancel with a full refund.
5.3 Order Confirmation
An order is confirmed only upon receipt of payment and issuance of a written order confirmation from us.
We reserve the right to reject or cancel any order at our discretion, including for reasons of stock unavailability, suspected fraud, logistical constraints, or pricing error. We will notify you before cancelling and process a full refund where applicable.
5.4 Payments
Payments are processed through secure third-party payment gateways. Aparna Unispace does not store complete card or banking credentials. Disputes regarding payment processing must be raised with the respective payment provider. We accept major credit and debit cards, UPI, and net banking where enabled at checkout.
6. Cancellation
Cancellation rights are governed by our Refund, Cancellation & Exchange Policy (available on the Website), which forms part of these Terms. Key points are summarised below — refer to the full policy for category-specific rules.
- Cancellations before dispatch are accepted for most categories, subject to the conditions and any applicable restocking fees specified in the policy.
- For Tiles: cancellation within 24 hours of order confirmation attracts no fee; after 24 hours but before dispatch, a 10% restocking fee applies.
- For custom or cut-to-size counter tops: cancellation is only possible before fabrication begins. Once fabrication starts, no cancellation is accepted.
- For appliances sourced on indent or special order: cancellation is not accepted once the order is placed with the brand or supplier.
- After dispatch, no cancellation is possible for any category. The Refund Policy applies instead.
- All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to info@aparnaunispace.com. Verbal cancellations are not accepted.
7. Refunds
Refunds are governed by our Refund, Cancellation & Exchange Policy. Key principles are as follows:
7.1 Tiles, Bath Fittings, and Bath Sanitary Products
No refunds, exchanges, or cancellations are available for Tiles and Bath Fittings products unless a manufacturing defect is confirmed. Specifically:
- Shade or texture variation in tiles is not a defect and does not qualify for a refund.
- Any fitting that has been installed — even partially — is ineligible for refund.
- Manufacturing defect claims must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence. If validated, we issue store credit or arrange replacement — cash refunds are not issued for tiles.
7.2 Kitchen Appliances
- Refunds are considered only for Dead on Arrival (DOA) units reported within 48 hours of delivery, supported by a brand-authorised service engineer's inspection report.
- Once an appliance is installed, connected to power, or used, it is no longer eligible for refund. All subsequent issues are handled under the brand manufacturer's warranty.
7.3 Kitchen Faucets, Sinks, and Standard Counter Tops
- Refund accepted within 48 hours of delivery if the product is unused, uninstalled, in original condition, and the issue is a manufacturing defect or incorrect item delivered.
- No refunds after installation.
7.4 Refund Timelines
- Credit / Debit Card or UPI: 7 to 10 business days to original payment source.
- Net Banking: 5 to 7 business days.
- Store Credit Note: Issued within 2 business days, valid for 12 months.
8. Exchanges
Exchange requests are governed by our Refund, Cancellation & Exchange Policy. The following principles apply across all categories:
- All exchange requests must be raised within 48 hours of delivery. No exceptions.
- Tiles: no exchange except for a verified manufacturing defect. Shade variation across batches is not a defect.
- Bath Fittings: exchange only for wrong item delivered or manufacturing defect confirmed within 48 hours.
- Kitchen Appliances: exchange (replacement) only for DOA units confirmed by a brand-authorised engineer's report.
- Any product that has been installed is ineligible for exchange regardless of the reason.
- Change of mind, incorrect measurement, or selection error by the customer or their contractor does not qualify for exchange.
9. Intellectual Property
All content on this Website — including text, images, product photographs, brand names, logos, and design elements — is the property of Aparna Unispace or its licensors and is protected under applicable Indian intellectual property laws including the Copyright Act, 1957 and the Trade Marks Act, 1999.
You may not reproduce, distribute, republish, modify, or commercially exploit any content from this Website without prior written permission from Aparna Unispace. Unauthorised use may result in legal action.
10. Third-Party Brands and Warranties
The Website showcases products from multiple third-party brands including Kohler, Roca, Parryware, American Standard, Bosch, Electrolux, Liebherr, Hafele, Kludi, Nobili, Zucchetti, Aquant, Boet, Scarabeo, Valvex, Tece, Viking, Reginox, and others. Aparna Unispace acts as a retailer and experience centre for these brands.
Product warranties, manufacturer guarantees, and after-sales service for individual brand products are governed by the respective manufacturer's terms. Post-installation defects and warranty claims for branded products must be routed through the brand's authorised service network. Aparna Unispace will facilitate contact but is not the warranty provider for third-party brand products. Links to third-party websites, where present, are provided for convenience only. We do not endorse or take responsibility for the content, policies, or practices of any third-party site.
11. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
The Website is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding uninterrupted, error-free operation of the Website or that the Website will be free from viruses or other harmful components.
