1. Overview
All products purchased through www.aparnaunispace.com are shipped across India subject to pin code
serviceability. Because our product categories include large-format tiles, heavy bath fittings, and kitchen
appliances, our delivery model differs from standard e-commerce. Read this page carefully before
ordering — particularly for tiles and customised products, where delivery lead times and conditions apply.
2. Serviceable Locations
We currently deliver to addresses across India. Serviceability to specific pin codes is confirmed at
checkout. Delivery to remote, difficult-access, or island locations may be subject to additional freight
charges and extended timelines. Our team will communicate this before confirming dispatch.
Our experience centres are in Hyderabad (Jubilee Hills and Miyapur), Bengaluru (Indiranagar), and
Vijayawada. Customers in these cities may also arrange to collect from a showroom after coordination
with our team.
3. Delivery Timelines
3.1 Standard In-Stock Products
From the date of order confirmation and payment:
•Hyderabad, Bengaluru, Vijayawada (showroom cities): 3 to 7 business days from dispatch.
•Other major metros (Delhi, Mumbai, Chennai, Pune, Kolkata): 5 to 10 business days.
•Tier-2 and Tier-3 cities: 7 to 14 business days, subject to serviceability.
3.2 Large Orders — Tiles
Tile orders involving large quantities require special freight handling. Lead times may extend beyond
standard timelines. For orders above 200 sqft or 500 kg, our logistics team will contact you to schedule
and coordinate delivery before dispatch.
3.3 Kitchen Appliances
Standard appliances in stock: 5 to 10 business days for major metros. Indent or special-order appliances
(not in standard stock): we will communicate lead time at the time of order — typically 2 to 4 weeks.
Delivery will be scheduled with you in advance by our team.
3.4 Custom Countertops and Made-to-Order Products
Lead time begins after design confirmation and payment. Typical lead time: 3 to 6 weeks depending on
specifications, material availability, and fabrication schedule. We will communicate the expected delivery
date at order confirmation.
3.5 Delays
All timelines are estimates, not guarantees. Delays may occur due to supply disruptions, logistics
constraints, weather events, public holidays, or situations beyond our control. We will proactively notify
you of any material delay.
4. Shipping Charges
Shipping charges depend on product category, total order value, and delivery location. Charges are
displayed at checkout before payment. Free delivery thresholds, where applicable, are noted on product
pages or communicated at checkout.
Additional freight surcharges apply for: deliveries to remote or difficult-access locations; extra-large or
overweight consignments; re-delivery attempts where the first delivery failed due to customer-side
reasons (no one present, access denied, incorrect address).
5. Delivery Process — Large and Heavy Goods
For tiles, kitchen appliances, and large bath products, delivery is carried out by our logistics partners or in-
house delivery team. A delivery appointment will be scheduled with you before dispatch.
At the time of delivery, ensure:
•An authorised adult (18+) is present at the delivery address.
•Adequate clear access exists for the delivery vehicle and goods.
•Unloading labour, trolleys, or equipment (if required) is arranged at your end — our delivery team
handles transport and handover at the building entrance or ground floor.
•Any building society, gated community, or apartment access requirements are communicated to us
in advance.
If delivery cannot be completed due to your failure to meet the above, a re-delivery fee will apply and the
original delivery will be marked as attempted.
6. Inspection at Delivery — Your Responsibility
This is non-negotiable. Inspect every item before signing the delivery acknowledgement. If you sign
without inspecting and later discover damage, we cannot process the claim.
•Check all cartons and items for visible damage, shortfall, or incorrect products.
•If damage or discrepancy is found: note it on the delivery receipt before signing, photograph or
video the condition, and do not accept damaged goods if the damage is severe.
•Notify us within 48 hours: email info@aparnaunispace.com, subject "DAMAGE — [Order Number]",
with photos and order details.
•Claims reported after 48 hours of delivery will not be accepted — no exceptions.
7. Risk and Title
Risk of loss or damage to products passes to you upon delivery at your specified address and sign-off of
the delivery receipt. Title (ownership) of goods transfers to you upon receipt of full payment.
8. International Shipping
We do not currently offer international shipping. All orders on www.aparnaunispace.com are for delivery
within India only.
