three categories: Tiles (floor, wall, kitchen, outdoor, parking, and décor tiles), Bath Fittings (faucets,
mixers, showers, spouts, and accessories), and Kitchen products (appliances, faucets, sinks, and
countertops). We bring together the world's leading brands under one roof across our experience centres
and on this website.
Where are your showrooms located?
We have four experience centres: Jubilee Hills, Hyderabad (293/82/A, Plot, D.No: 8-2, Road Number 60);
Miyapur, Hyderabad (G9H3+FMH, Industrial Area, Ameenpur); Indiranagar, Bengaluru (2989/E, 12th Main
Road, HAL 2nd Stage); and Governor Peta, Vijayawada (Gandikota Complex, 27-12-75, Prakasam
Road). All showrooms are open Monday to Saturday, 10 AM to 7 PM.
Can I visit a showroom before purchasing online?
Yes, and we strongly recommend it — especially for tiles, countertops, and bath fittings. Screen colours
and catalogue images do not accurately represent material finish, surface texture, or shade variation in
real light conditions. Our experience centres are designed precisely for this — so you can touch, compare,
and decide before committing.
Which brands do you carry?
Our brand portfolio includes Kohler, Roca, Parryware, American Standard, Kludi, Nobili, Zucchetti,
Aquant, Boet, Scarabeo, Valvex, Tece (bath fittings and accessories); Bosch, Electrolux, Liebherr, Hafele,
Viking, Reginox (kitchen appliances and sinks); and Aparna Unispace's own tile collections. The full brand

Do you cater to projects and bulk orders?
Yes. We work with homeowners, interior designers, architects, and builders. For project or bulk
requirements, contact us directly at info@aparnaunispace.com or visit a showroom. Our team will assist
with product selection, quantity estimates, and pricing.
Ordering & Payments
How do I place an order?
You can browse and order directly on the website. Add products to your cart, proceed to checkout, enter
your delivery address, and complete payment. An order confirmation will be sent to your registered email.
For large or complex orders, you can also contact us directly and our team will assist.
Can I check product availability before ordering?
Product listings on the website reflect current availability. For specific stock confirmation — particularly for
tiles where batch continuity matters — we recommend calling +91-9154088438 or emailing

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept credit cards, debit cards, UPI, and net banking through our secure payment gateway. We do
not store your card or banking credentials. For project orders above a certain value, bank transfer options
are available — contact us for details.
Will I get an invoice for my purchase?
Yes. A GST-compliant invoice will be issued for every order and shared on your registered email. If you
need a hard copy, inform our team at the time of ordering.
Can I modify my order after placing it?
Modification after order placement is treated as a cancellation and re-order, subject to stock availability at
that point. Contact us immediately at info@aparnaunispace.com with your order number if you need to
make a change. Once an order is dispatched, no modifications are possible.
Do you offer EMI or financing options?
This depends on your credit card or payment provider. Select cards on our gateway may offer EMI options
at checkout. Aparna Unispace does not directly offer financing or BNPL schemes at this time.
Tiles
What tile categories do you carry?
We carry six tile categories: Floor Tiles, Wall Tiles, Kitchen Tiles, Outdoor Tiles, Parking Tiles, and Décor
Tiles. Within these, the range includes ceramic, vitrified, glazed vitrified, and large-format options in a wide
variety of sizes and finishes.
Will the tile colour on the website match what I receive?
Not necessarily. Screen calibration, photography lighting, and digital rendering can all affect how a tile's
colour, finish, and texture appear on a screen. What you receive is the physical product. This is why we
recommend visiting a showroom and examining actual samples — particularly for tiles where finish and
shade are critical to the final result.
What is shade variation and why does it happen?
Shade variation is a natural characteristic of ceramic and vitrified tile manufacturing. Even within the same
design and batch, individual tiles can have slight differences in tone and surface detail. This is an industry-
wide reality — not a defect. It is governed under tile grading standards (BIS IS 15622). Tiles of the same
shade number should always be purchased together and installed in the same space.
How much extra tile should I order?
Always order a minimum of 10% more than your calculated requirement. This accounts for cuts, breakage
during installation, layout waste, and future repairs or replacements. Since tiles are produced in batches,
the exact shade may not be available later — ordering enough upfront is critical. We do not accept
shortage due to underordering as a basis for any claim.
What is a tile shade number and why does it matter?
A shade number identifies a specific production batch. Tiles from different batches — even of the same
design — may have slight colour variations. Always confirm the shade number when ordering, and ensure
all tiles for a given space come from the same shade lot.
Do you offer tile samples?
Physical samples can be viewed at any of our experience centres. We recommend visiting a showroom
for tiles specifically — it is the only reliable way to assess finish, texture, and shade in actual lighting
conditions.
What is the standard tile size range you carry?
Our range includes tiles from 300x300mm to large-format 1200x2400mm slabs. Specific sizes by category
and design are listed on each product page.
Are your tiles suitable for outdoor and parking use?
Yes. We stock dedicated Outdoor Tiles and Parking Tiles specifically rated for exterior use, load-bearing,
and anti-skid requirements. Not all tiles are suitable for outdoor use — check the product specification
page or speak to our team to confirm the right tile for your application.
Bath Fittings
What bath fitting categories do you carry?
We carry five sub-categories: Faucets, Mixers, Showers, Spouts, and Accessories. Brands include Kohler,
Roca, Parryware, American Standard, Kludi, Nobili, Zucchetti, Aquant, Boet, Scarabeo, Valvex, and Tece.
How do I know which faucet or mixer is compatible with my plumbing?
Compatibility depends on your existing pipe size, water pressure, and fitting type (concealed vs.
exposed). We strongly recommend consulting a plumber before purchasing. Our showroom team can also
guide you on compatibility when you visit. Purchasing the wrong fitting is not a basis for return or
exchange.
What warranties apply to bath fittings?
All bath fitting products carry the respective manufacturer's warranty — typically 1 to 5 years depending
on the brand and product. Warranty terms are specified by the brand, not by Aparna Unispace. Post-
installation defects and service requests must be routed through the respective brand's authorised service
network. We will facilitate the initial contact.
Can I get a demo or installation guidance?
We do not provide installation services directly. Our showroom teams can offer product-level guidance on
installation requirements. For actual installation, you will need a qualified plumber. We recommend
sharing the product's installation manual (available from the brand) with your plumber before installation
begins.
Kitchen Products
What kitchen products do you carry?
Our kitchen range covers: Appliances (refrigerators, dishwashers, ovens, microwaves, chimneys, hobs —
brands include Bosch, Electrolux, Liebherr, Hafele, Viking); Kitchen Faucets; Sinks (Reginox); and
Countertops. This is a curated, premium selection — not a mass-market catalogue.
What is the difference between a standard and a custom countertop?
Standard countertops are available in fixed sizes and can be ordered as-is. Custom countertops are cut
and fabricated to your specific dimensions. Once a custom countertop's fabrication begins, it cannot be
cancelled, returned, or exchanged — regardless of reason. Measure carefully and confirm dimensions
with your carpenter or contractor before ordering.
How do kitchen appliance warranties work?
All appliances carry the brand manufacturer's warranty — typically 1 to 2 years for most products, with
extended warranty options available from the brands directly. Warranty service is provided by the brand's
authorised service network, not by Aparna Unispace. We will share the relevant brand service contact at
the time of delivery.
What does 'Dead on Arrival' mean for appliances?
Dead on Arrival (DOA) means an appliance fails to power on or function upon first use, confirmed by a
brand-authorised service engineer within 48 hours of delivery. This is the only condition under which an
appliance return or replacement is considered. Once an appliance is installed, connected to power, or
used — even once — it no longer qualifies for DOA treatment. All issues thereafter go through warranty
service.
Delivery & Shipping
Do you ship pan-India?
We ship to addresses across India, subject to availability of products and logistics partners. Serviceability
to specific pin codes depends on the product category, size, and logistics availability. Delivery to remote or
difficult-access locations may incur additional charges and extended timelines.
What are the delivery timelines?
For standard in-stock products: 3–7 business days for our store cities (Hyderabad, Bengaluru,
Vijayawada); 5–10 business days for other metros; 7–14 business days for Tier-2 and Tier-3 cities. For
kitchen appliances and large tile orders, timelines may vary. Customised or made-to-order products have
separate lead times communicated at the time of order.
Are there any shipping charges?
Shipping charges, if applicable, are displayed at checkout. Charges depend on product category, order
value, and delivery location. Free delivery thresholds, where applicable, are indicated on the product page
or communicated at checkout.
What should I do when the delivery arrives?
Inspect every item before signing the delivery acknowledgement. If you notice any visible damage,
shortage, or incorrect items — note it on the delivery receipt before signing, photograph the issue, and
notify us within 48 hours at info@aparnaunispace.com. Claims reported after 48 hours of delivery will not
be accepted.
Who is responsible for unloading at my site?
For large or heavy items (tiles, appliances), delivery will be made to your building or complex entrance.
Ensuring access, unloading labour, and movement within the premises is your responsibility. Ensure you
communicate any access constraints (building society rules, lift restrictions, floor level) to us in advance
so we can plan accordingly.
Returns, Damage & Defects
What is your general return policy?
All products at Aparna Unispace are touch-and-buy goods — meaning you are expected to view, inspect,
and confirm your selection before purchase, either in our showrooms or through the website. There is no
return policy for change of mind, incorrect selection, or post-delivery preference change. Returns are
accepted only in two situations: (1) the product was damaged in transit due to our handling, or (2) a
verified manufacturing defect exists, reported within 48 hours of delivery with supporting evidence.
I ordered the wrong product. Can I return it?
No. Selection errors — whether the wrong design, wrong size, wrong finish, or wrong quantity — are the
buyer's responsibility. We strongly recommend visiting a showroom and consulting our team before
purchase. If you are ordering online, review specifications carefully before confirming.
The product was damaged when it arrived. What do I do?
Note the damage on the delivery receipt before signing. Do not accept the delivery if the damage is
severe. Photograph or video the damage immediately. Email info@aparnaunispace.com with subject line
"DAMAGE — [Order Number]" within 48 hours of delivery. Include your order number, invoice, and clear
photographs. We will assess and respond within 1–3 business days. Claims reported after 48 hours will
not be considered.
What qualifies as a manufacturing defect?
A manufacturing defect is a flaw arising from the production process itself — a structural crack in a tile
under normal handling, a glaze defect, a fitting that fails to function as designed fresh out of packaging, or
an appliance that does not power on (DOA). It does not include: shade variation in tiles, surface wear from
installation or use, damage caused by improper installation, or any issue arising after the product has
been installed or used.
Can I return tiles I have left over after installation?
No. Leftover tiles from installation are not accepted for return under any circumstances. This is the market
standard across all tile retailers in India — Kajaria, Somany, RAK, Nitco, and all other organised players
operate on the same basis. This is precisely why we advise ordering with a 10% buffer — to account for
cuts and wastage — not to have surplus returned.
I bought a bath fitting and it does not look like the website image. Can I return it?
No. Minor differences between on-screen colour rendering and the actual product finish are inherent to
digital photography and screen calibration. These are not defects. If accurate visual assessment is
important to your decision, visit a showroom.
A bath fitting or faucet has stopped working after installation. What do I do?
Post-installation issues are handled exclusively through the brand's authorised warranty service network.
Contact the brand's customer care directly. We will share the relevant service contact at delivery. Aparna
Unispace does not provide post-installation service or warranty claims for third-party branded products.
Cancellations
Can I cancel my order?
Cancellations before dispatch are accepted for most categories. Once an order is dispatched, cancellation
is not possible. For tiles, cancellation within 24 hours of order confirmation is accepted with a full refund;
after 24 hours but before dispatch, a 10% restocking fee applies. For custom countertops, cancellation is
only accepted before fabrication begins. Indent-sourced appliances cannot be cancelled once the order is
placed with the brand.
How do I cancel an order?
Email info@aparnaunispace.com with subject line "CANCEL — [Order Number]". Include your order
number and registered mobile number. Verbal cancellations are not accepted. The email timestamp is the
official cancellation time. You will receive a confirmation once the cancellation is processed.
How long does a refund take after cancellation?
For approved pre-dispatch cancellations: Credit/Debit card or UPI refunds take 7–10 business days to the
original payment source. Net banking refunds take 5–7 business days. Where a restocking fee applies,
the net amount after deduction is refunded. We are not responsible for delays caused by banks or
payment processors.
Account & Other Queries
Do I need to create an account to order?
Creating an account is recommended as it allows you to track orders, view purchase history, and manage
your profile. Guest checkout may be available for some orders — check at the time of purchase.
How can I track my order?
Once your order is dispatched, a tracking number and logistics partner details will be shared on your
registered email or phone number. For any tracking queries, contact us at info@aparnaunispace.com with

I have a complaint. Who do I contact?

Do you offer interior design or space planning services?
Our showroom teams can guide you on product selection, combinations, and space-appropriate choices.
We do not offer a full interior design service. For detailed space planning, we recommend engaging a
qualified interior designer who can then work with our product range.
Are prices on the website the same as in-store?
Prices on the website are our standard retail prices. Promotional pricing, flash sale offers, or project-
